A unique place on the banks of the Motława

River is being built on the Motława River, in the place of the first industrial Bread Factory in Gdańsk. The unique atmosphere will be regained by historic elements incorporated into the design. An additional advantage will be the terrace with a picturesque view of the Old Town. 165 apartments with an area from 26 to 125 m².

The location is not a coincidence, because it is in the first line of buildings on the Motława River, but at the same time it is located in a quiet and peaceful place, on the border of the Old and Young City in Gdańsk. It is along it that a historic walking route will run in the future.

Chlebova will comprise seven above-ground and two underground floors. In total, the facility will contain 160 apartments with an area of ​​36 to 110 m². On the ground floor, there will be service premises with mezzanines, reaching the first floor. Catering points are planned there. On the top floor there will be a holiday terrace with a panoramic view of the Main City. A fitness zone, business lounge and children's playroom are also planned.
